Loved this mystery, especially as I live in Victoria and could identify all the places mentioned. The story moved fast and kept me guessing up until the end. I will be watching for the next book in the series.

I read Murder on a Monday while lying under a palapa in Mexico listening to the waves lapping at the shore. I was transported to Victoria as I read! I enjoyed every minute and I didn’t guess who the culprit was. Well done!

Loved Murder on a Monday. I fell asleep reading and had to finish it the next day. Seriously enjoyed the heroine, Rachel Mathews, who is very likeable. The book is a perfect size for a nice beach or other vacation read—just long enough to get the job done, or murder solved, in this case. I’m already wondering when Murder on a Tuesday will be published??

I picked up Murder on a Monday a few days ago. I found it entertaining and also informative about Victoria. Before visiting a new city or country, I usually read some detective or mystery story set in the area because the author gives lots of information about the setting. Also, I expect to learn something in each mystery I read, and this was accomplished by being able to learn more about actuaries. The other area covered so well was the seniors’ residence. Having just spent a week in a respite bed at a residence after having surgery, I could recognize a lot about the setting described. I was happy to be so well entertained during my recuperation. I can hardly wait to get a copy of Murder on a Tuesday!

I have just finished Murder on a Monday and I love the author’s sense of humour and clever turns of the phrase. I didn’t guess the culprit until the near the very end. I also enjoy books when I know the area that they are set in. So, for me, reading a mystery set in Victoria, BC, after visiting the city was a very enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed reading this cozy mystery, and particularly enjoyed the conversations with the old gals in the seniors’ home. Well done.
